The Emporium 

The Castlefort Emporium

Built in September 2022, the Castlefort Emporium is a shop full of wonderful treasures. Pupils at Castlefort are rewarded for their good behaviour and positive learning attitudes by obtaining special 'Castle Coins'. Children visit the emporium regularly and make a choice on what they want to do with their coins. They have 2 options:

1) Bank their coins and accumulate them on special individual 'Coin Cards'.

2) Purchase items using their coins from the shop counter. 

Our older KS2 pupils help to run the shop to promote their responsibilities are role models to the younger children. We have stocked the shop with a range of child-friendly rewards and our teaching assistants also have time allocated to support all the children with the reward system.
