School Opening Hours

Sandcastles Nursery

Morning session - 8:45am until 11:45am (3 hour session)

Afternoon session - 12:30pm until 3:30pm (3 hour session)

Reception & KS1 (Y1-Y2)

8:40am until 3:10pm

Reception lunch: 12:00pm - 12.45pm

KS1 lunch: 12.15pm - 1.00pm

Total time = 32.5 hours/week

KS2 (Y3-Y6)

8:40am until 3:15pm

KS2 lunch: 12:30pm - 1:15pm

Total time = 32.9 hours/week

Registration time (Reception-Y6): 8:40am - 8:55am

Our school day is organised in such a way as to ensure we make the most effective use of the teaching time available. It is important that all children arrive on time and prepared for the day ahead.

This is the compulsory school day, however pupils have access to a before and after school provision and additionally a range of after school clubs.
