Head Boy and Head Girl 

Each year, Castlefort JMI appoint a Head Boy and Head Girl through a democratic vote. Year 6 pupils have the opportunity to write a persuasive speech to present to their school friends. All pupils from Years 1-6 then have the chance to vote for which students deserve to be the Head Boy and Head Girl. This process provides our students with a better understanding of the process of democracy - a key British value. 

This year, Silas and Maisy were selected to represent the school following their well executed and fabulous speeches. Whenever there is a special event through the year, Silas and Maisy attend and represent the hardworking children of Castlefort. Well done to you both!
